Mr. Rechnitzer is an accomplished dual career professional with over 29 years of experience in private law practice as an Attorney / Bankruptcy Trustee / State Court Receiver, and in coordinating US Missionary work with Awana Clubs International. He has expertise in project management, training seminars, presentation creation/delivery, financial management, business reorganizations, bankruptcy litigation/management and legal resolution of business and real estate issues. Martin has a unique blend of business and management acumen involving secular businesses as well as local churches and other ministries.
In addition to legal services Mr. Rechnitzer offers services as a Mediator for all types of disputes & conflicts (whether or not a lawsuit has been filed), at very competitive and reasonable hourly and daily rates. Mr. Rechnitzer is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar California; is admitted to the Federal Courts for the: Northern District of Texas, Central and Southern Districts of California; and the Tarrant County Bar Association. He has also been trained through Dispute Resolution Services of North Texas, Inc. as a Mediator for all Civil matters, Family Law, and Juvenile Law, and has attained the level of "Senior Mediator". He is also certified by the State of Texas as an Attorney ad Litem.
